PKD will be in touch shortly to arrange a call to discuss your project in greater detail and provide an overview of our design process.

After the call, a proposal will be compiled for your review. This will include timelines, fees and scope.

At that point, we will begin collaborating to transform ideas into functional spaces.

Paige Kaplansky, AIA Registered Architect Headshot

Paige is a Registered Architect with over 10 years of experience in the industry. After earning a Master’s in Architecture with a Specialization in Urban Design from the University of Oregon, Paige spent seven years working in commercial and community design. Prior to that, she gained three years of experience in high-end residential design.

Paige serves on the Italian Village Design Commission, where she contributes to the preservation, protection, and enhancement of the distinctive architectural and historical character of the Italian Village Historic District.

This diverse background has led to her current specialization in Residential and Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) design. Since 2022, Paige has collaborated with more than 60 homeowners to design spaces that complement their existing properties, including multigenerational living, guest suites, entertainment spaces, additions, garage conversions, rentals, and renovations.

In every project, she is committed to achieving a harmonious balance of aesthetics, functionality, wellness, and contextual sensitivity. In residential design, it is essential to reflect the unique individuality of each inhabitant. Paige’s role is to listen, understand, and craft a final design that meets the homeowner’s vision, needs, and aspirations.
